The model combines private ownership with shared community assets through a condominium-style governance structure, allowing residents to own their homes while collectively owning and managing the infrastructure, amenities, productive spaces, and natural assets that strengthen the community.

The policy is designed to improve quality of life, strengthen local economic productivity, encourage environmental stewardship, and build resilient, self-reliant communities for future generations.

Ranchification proposes incentives for horse farms to introduce active agricultural production while continuing to accommodate horses.

The GTA Crosstown proposes an electric light-rail transit system along the 407 corridor, supported by transit-oriented communities at major stops.

Planning housing, employment, services, public spaces, and community facilities around transit stations would reduce car dependence and improve access to daily needs.
